Item was to small and it was the xxl I tried the xl on and it was bigger
It was a great shopping experience but I contacted customer care twice and they never responded. The first time was to do a price match and they never got back to me, the second time was asking about the price match and also to get an order confirmation email, for some reason one was never sent to me.
I could have got the cyber Monday 10% off deal. Is it possible to be compensated for that?
