Unfortunately the items didn't fit me but the returns were easy. Great, friendly in-store staff here in Seattle and I would expect the same to be true of the other retail locations.

I just got the jackets I ordered for my girls and really like them and so do they! They seem like good quality and warm-perfect for skiing. I love the fact that I got nice jackets at a discounted price.
