Don't shop with Evo. They may have good deals every once and a while, but they are false-advertisers. I bought a pair of skis that were pictured with bindings included and attached, but the skis came alone with no bindings. I contacted Evo Customer Service immediately, and the two people I spoke with didn't accept my plea to send me a cheap pair of bindings, like I was expecting to receive. The "best they could do" was to give me 15% off a pair of their bindings, so I ended up spending about $100 (65 for the bindings, 35 for installation) more than I had originally expected, and had to wait another 5 days or so until the new bindings came. One of the male workers I spoke with over the phone had no empathy for me, and acted like 'I,' the customer, was getting a "great deal" by having to spend more on bindings, and that I was in the wrong for not reading every Spec about my skis that I had purchased. Evo hires just about any "Dude-Bro" that is willing to work for them, and their customer service is horrible.

Received my Electric Goggles Eg2 Dagger - I opened the box and looked at the goggles. I then removed the Electric price tag from the product in order to have the most comfortable fit over my Beanie and under my Helmet. Goggle did not fit right with my helmet. The helmet pushed the goggle down to far over my noise. So I decided to return the goggle this past Monday. But the Evo customer service said that they will not except the returned produced because the Tag was removed and Evo could not resale the product... and that I am out $91.00... don't understand why Evo wont take back the product that does not fit me and is un used. If I can not return this product you will lose a customer and I will no longer refer people to your web site. Please Advise
