Evo is probably my favorite store in existence. Shopping online is easy and inexpensive, and the store is one block from my office so it's incredibly convenient for me to pick my items up or shop in person. The store staff is enthusiastic and helpful, and even went out of the way to research specific lens technologies for me when I asked about nuanced differences.

I had to call in because my billing address had changed, but I didn't change it with my bank yet, so the payment hadn't been approved for another order I had purchased that day from a different site. So I called into EVO.com to see if they had the same problem. A customer service representative answered within 4 minutes (opposed to the 40 minutes being on hold with the other site). He was friendly and got me squared away. Even though it was something little, it was nice not to be on hold for an hour. I received my package very promptly and I can't wait for my husband to see it. He'll love it!
So far my shopping experience has been super easy. I hope everything goes smoothly b/c I would love to do more business.
