Great deal on a great product
I've purchased equipment from evo twice. The first time was perfect (easy to use site, prompt confirmation and shipping, and all products delivered as described). Unfortunately the most recent time (early December 2019) has been concerning. I am still having technical difficulties with the site (one of my orders has dropped into a black hole and does not exist on "my account", but they tell me it's showing on their end), wait times for customer service have been horrendous (approximately 1hr on each occasion), and I haven't received confirmation of shipping a week after my order was placed. If I didn't have a ski trip planned for New Years I'm sure this would be less stressful, but it is clear that evo was not prepared for Christmas volumes this year.
It was easy to compare skis and the checkout process was super smooth.

Even when I enter specific info for a specific fit, other items populate that are not within the specific details I input. I had to return boots as they fit too tight.
