The shipping rates are outrageous if you need it faster then the free shipping. And I will always need it faster than the free shipping because it's so slow. Why is the shipping charge so high? It's a deceptive practice because I ship all the time so i have an idea what it should cost. Very slim chance I'd ever return because of this fact.
