Very quick and efficient. 5 days after ordering I found the same bindings on sale at another site... I called EVO and the quickly refunded me the difference in what I paid and the price on the other site. Then they turned around and updated the website with the new price.
Excellent customer service. Product purchased online was represented differently in the pics and sizing. I will need to return the product but will certainly shop with evo in the future.
