Site was easy to use, but I couldn't find a place to enter the promo code "MEMORIAL" so it'd be helpful if that could be applied!
VERY little info on the site to help the novice shopper -- might be great if you're the enthusiast, but not so hot if you're just trying to BUY something for the enthusiast.
Great site and will buy from them again
I recenctly bought two bikes and needed two locks. I was told not to buy cables because they were easy to cut. I saw on your website a lock that was advertised as 16 mm which made me feel comfortable but when I received the locks they were actually 14 mm according to the packaging on the locks. Had I known that I would not have bought them. When I called customer service they offered me 15% off or return them. I kept them because I was leaving on a trip a couple of days after receiving the locks. I don't like buying something and getting something else.

Tried to make this purchase last night but my order would not go through. Perhaps a problem with the system or my tablet. The next day I was able to place my order online with no issue. At 70% off regular price I received a cool wakeboard package. My items were nicely packaged and arrive in excellent condition.
So far very good.
