I called to ask a couple questions about the wakeboards before ordering and the girl on the phone was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service (hard to find these days)!... Fast forward to after receiving the boards and bindings... I called because the bindings I ordered were a little too big (I was right on the line between sizes). The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful in getting a smaller size shipped to me and a return label for the bindings that were too big. Excellent service again!

This is is the earliest (May) I have EVER ordered a new pair of skis! Now just 5 months to wait until ski season arrives in the Northeast! I guess I will just have to take advantage of mountain biking season until then.
