Easy to find what I'm looking for

Great prices, reviews, and description of product...checking out was easy. This was a great shopping experience.

Exchanging an item seems a bit tricky.

You had what I wanted at a reasonable price.

I bought Solomon boots and Atomic skis with bindings. You should make it clearer that bindings aren't actually bound to the skis. Now i have to go out and have them professionally bound, which negates the good deal I got from Evo. I just think you should notify customers that the bindings are loose boxed.

There was a medium size item that was the same on another page it's just sucks that you don't match prices all because they have to be the same size.
