Great experience. Web site was easy to navigate, order and check-out. Surprisingly but I suppose refreshingly, I got a call from evo after ordering to understand why I was shipping to a different address from billing; it was a security check since the items were fairly expensive. They also questioned whether I wanted to sign for delivery (again because of the high value of the items) or leave without signature. Products were received a day earlier than expected but tracking was available if I wanted.

Love Evo, love their return policy. Wanted to get a wakeboard for our son but had no idea which one he would choose and don't want to ruin the Christmas surprise by asking. Then we remembered Evo has such a great return policy so we picked a great option but if it doesn't turn out to be the right one, we know he can exchange it for the one he prefers.
