Great experience, but would have liked to have option to use a gift receipt. Couldn't figure out how to easily do this so my recipient will likely see the amount I paid for this gift.

Hyped on the boots and the technology. They fit like a glove! Although I did go a half size larger I think it's a personal preference it's something I've always done. I probably have a wider foot than normal.

Customer Service Rep. Was very helpful with my purchase. The only thing I thought I was getting was some blue on the helmet and goggles that matched the board. But they were black. Not a big issue, so I am not too worried about it.

When changing the shipping location, we ran into a small bug. The spinwheel continued to load and our options for shipping never reappeared. By entering in all our info, and hitting continue it went through to the next page, but we were not allowed to choose which shipping method we preferred.
