It took some time to find the particular mitten and determine which one has the sturdy palm in the hand for snow shoveling.

The shopping experience was good so far, however, I entered my promo code to save 15% for joining your email distribution, but I didn't see the 15% discount applied in my order. I'm curious how that works. Please advise.

SUPER EASY ON-LINE PURCHASE. I DID CALL JUST TO DOUBLE CHECK FOR A SIZE AND THE WAIT WAS SUPER LONG (CALLER 22 TO START) BUT WENT BY QUICKLY.

I decided to return the January 15th order due to size; I think a medium would be too small. I also purchased a Large I happened to see available on the site. We will see how it goes?

Everyone at the EVO store in Denver was so awesome in helping me all in all make this purchase. Very knowledgeable.
