So far my experience has been very good. The item I purchased was selling at such a low price compared to other retailers I had to buy it from EVO. Their website was easy to navigate and purchase from. I received my items promptly. I have not had used the skis yet so can't comment on how well they worked for me but so far my experience has been very positive.
Had a great experience shopping on evo. My representative chatted with me until he had to leave for the day, probably an hour and a half. Didn't once bother me to end the chat or ask me to review his help. Didn't even catch his name!
Threw out multiple of suggestions for skis and bindings and answered all of my questions. I didn't care for the first pair of skis he threw at me and I just checked out with them in my cart.
