I called customer serivce with a question while he was morw than willing to help with my question it was going to have to be something physically looked at on the jacket which couldn't happen until tomorrow and I didn't want to miss the sale today. So I went ahead and orderd the women's Patagonia R2 Fleece and hope it has the thumby slits like my last one but I figured with the great return policy you have I'll be happy either way. So first Kuddos to the guy that helped me super nice and on the awesome return policy!

It is very easy to order at evo even from Europe as the shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include all duties, taxes, brokerage fees.
My order was shipped from the State of Washington, United States within one business day (Tuesday) - arrived in Germany, Europe two days later (Thursday) - cleared customs and left Germany (Saturday) - was delivered to me at my address in Denmark (Monday).
I am very satisfied.
I'm a freestyle skier and, for anyone that doesn't know, it requires a lot of expensive gear. Most of the time the I need the gear and parts quickly. I love Evo.
