Online is nice but going to the store is much more fun. Greg in the Ski dept at the Seattle store is very knowledgeable and reliable to help with Ski purchases and Boot fitting ideas. The guys in the shop like Zeb are really knowledgeable and fast when your eager to try new boards.

Everything was great except the box was damaged and open on both sides when I received it. I only hope the snowboard itself isn't damaged in any way. I quickly looked at the ends of it before sealing the box back up.
