Appreciate promo code for first time order. Also appreciate that it was emailed to me right away as the item I wanted was at risk of selling out.

I didn't get a 10% discount off an item even when I used a coupon code QRNPMM for first-time purchase.

Return policy states shoes have free returns, but this apparently did not include snowboarding boots. This is very misleading as I had bought multiple sizes intending to keep the boots that fit.

Ordering was quick and easy. Received order quicker than expected! Product looks good, unfortunately, probably won't get to try them out till next year, as coronavirus has shutdown my ski resort!
