I have a coupon for 10% off if I buy in store. I went to the store to buy boots, but you didn't have them in stock. So I had to order them online and have them shipped to the store for the fitting. Seems like that is your policy but not customer friendly since now I am not getting that discount. Also, the store was way busy so had to wait a while to get served. The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful once we had him. But I still needed to order it myself later.
I chose to have the product delivered to the store for pick up so I could have them tried on with store personnel in the event they needed fitting for me. We got there just after the store opened on a Sunday, and the waiting list was already 45 minutes long. To compound that, right when we got to my name, that is when the city had the major power outage.
So we went over to REI and bought some other ones and I may likely be returning yours to you.
