It was easy to pick up my order in store and try it on.

Just one issue; I asked for a delayed delivery for a specific date, since I would not be home. Support person assured me "not to worry "-with standard ground it would arrive the next week (when I returned).
Nope- it sat outside on my porch for
A 4 days while I was out of town. VERY Lucky It was not stolen from my front porch!
