Kind of weird (and annoying) how you charge sales tax since that isn't really required unless you have physical businesses in those states.

Also if you guys offered free mounting services for ski bindings, I would have dropped another $170 and bought bindings from you. Now I have to pay $70 to get them mounted. Almost everywhere online offers this service if you buy skis and bindings. I will go elsewhere likely if I purchase skis in the future.

Shipping seemed to take FOREVER, but then again, Amazon has spoiled me. 7 days used to be an acceptable standard haha.

I can see on the bottom edges of the skis very slight wear and detuning marks from the skis being stored upright on a concrete surface most likely. As well as a minimal amount of rust that I can clean off. Rust is common on used skis, but not brand new from the store. This is a quite irritating. Store your stuff appropriately! For example, on a hard carpet or rubber surface. Control your humidity. My guess is the tears in the plastic packaging allowed moisture inside. Consider dessicants. I doubt any of this will impact the life of the ski, but it just comes off as unprofessional.

Lastly, the end of one of the skis where the edges meet isn't fully filled flush with epoxy (or whatever the ski company uses to glue the edges down). Imagine filling a hole with glue and when it dries, the glue only fills up half the hole- this is similar to what I'm talking about. There's a tiny gap that I'm afraid will catch on something and blow my edge out. Perhaps a better inspection is warranted before shipping items out.

I will get the edge issue filled at my local ski shop. I do not want to return these skis as the 2016 version is difficult to find at all, let alone for less than $500.
