Quick and easy. No hassel
Everything was great except for one detail that, honestly, I was a little surprised with. The snowboard that I bought came packed in a box with literally zero padding. A snowboard is no cheap item, so I was definitely disappointed with the fact that there was no attention to the safety of the board. As I live on the east coast my board travelled a long way to get to me and changed many hands. In the end my board had sustained a small chip on the toe's edge. Now this will by no means affect the boards performance and undoubtedly it will get banged up over time and use, but it's always disappointing to get a brand new, un-used item that has damage that could have been prevented. Overall I am happy with my purchase and price I paid as well as delivery time. I will recommend Evo to my friends. I hope in the future a little extra care in packing someone's much anticipated sweet new board will be taken. Thanks.
