Been an EVO customer since 2012. They are professional, friendly, experts in all gear they sell; hands-down the best outdoor outfitters either on-line or "brick & mortar". They actually LISTEN to the questions a customer may have and do what's possible to make things right. I.E. "righting all wrongs", if any came up at all! I and alot of my family do and will continue to shop our outdoor gear exclusively at EVO when the time comes to repair, replace or up-grade...Thank again Evo, stellar work! Epic job in keeping things down to earth...!
Website has a large selection of quality snowboard & ski gear - just what I was looking for. I would recommend the packaging utilized to ship the product (snowboard) be a bit more robust. Cardboard box for shipping a board with a $500 value is a bit risky.

The bottom of this form asks for me to enter my name & email to confirm that I have 'received my order', but I haven't, I've only placed the order and received the confirmation of the order.
Except for the fact that my computer could not link up the first approx. 20 times I tried here on 1/2/2018 in the evening, everything else worked just fine.
