Product arrived per schedule and better than advertised (used ski boots). I assumed they would have scratches or show more use, however they appear almost brand new.

Paid $40 for overnight shipping for a planned ski trip, to ensure the order arrived before the trip and the order did not come but I did call and evo quickly fixed the problem and expedited the order from the warehouse directly to my vacation destination, where it arrived in perfect timing.

This is the second time i have ordered from the site and it's been great!
