Awesome experience! VERY pleased! I was ready to order a pair of demo skis from another company but decided to do a little more research. Good thing I did!, I found the same ski with a better binding at Evo for LESS than the used pair. And, I was assured that if the price dropped within 20 days, Evo would refund the difference. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Great price, great people, fast (free) shipping, what else could you ask for? Evo ROCKS!

This order took much longer than my last to receive. Should have only been 3-4 days at max. The free shipping, a combination of UPS & USPS is the slowest. If I knew it was going to be that slow I would have had a relative in Seattle pickup and send.

Received my order exactly as described and on the day that was estimated
My snowboard that I ordered ended up being a different color on the bottom than it showed online.
It's not a huge deal because it still looks fine and everything else was the same, but still kind of annoying. Everything else was good except for the shipping. It shipped on time, but the UPS driver delivered it to the wrong location. I don't know if it's something the seller can control, but I would feel better if they requested a signature because it's very stressful when you see that your expensive package has been delivered and it's nowhere to be found. I live in an apartment and eventually found my package in another building sitting in front of someone else's door.
