I really like the customer service at evo. They are knowledgeable and have always gave good advice. I will continue to use them for my snow sports supplier if I go the on line route. I still like to support the one "brick and mortar" store but they were out of stock of these boots and couldn't re-order any more as all suppliers were sold out. I got lucky that evo had my size in stock although I did get the warning only 3-5 left.
Went to boot fitter and had boots fit and adjust Friday and skied all weekend long and the new boots are definitely what I needed and they immediately helped my skiing improve compared to the too soft of flex boots that I was using.
Shopping online at evo.com is always an easy experience and I have yet to be disappointed by the products I buy.

When shopping on-line for clothing, I usually review the sizing guide provided and then usually wind up ordering my usual size, but this time the size guide as well as some of the reviews made it clear that my usual size, XL, would be too big, so I ordered the size Large. The Large turned out to be too small, so I sent it back, which is a pain.
