Shopping and delivery worked well. Price was about 10-15% higher than competitors during late winter ski sales (typicall 30-35%) but Evo had my size/color. Other companies seemed to sell out faster.

Wish my cart would've stayed overnight
Incredible customer service. I found more information on my skis than I could've imagined, plus a quick chat with customer service, I knew exactly what I was ordering. To top it all off, the price of my order dropped $180 the day after I bought it. Within 5 mins of contacting customer service, the difference was refunded to me. Incredible.
Will order from evo again, good selection and good prices.

Ordering was great. Delivery was timely and convenient. The guy at will call was less impressive. He operated with Soviet efficiency, grunting for the order # and delivering the items per the P.O., but did not ask if there was anything else, did not acknowledge the transaction was complete, didn't say thanks. I get that he's working in a windowless basement, but I can get this type of interaction at Big 5... or avoid it entirely by going to Amazon. Obviously, it's not going to keep me from coming back, he delivered the stuff I'd ordered, but that's all he did. Thought you should know.
