Purchased because you had low price. You list/advertise free shipping but sell upgrades for ground shipping.

Job was done as expected

The skis were delivered to the wrong apartment. I was very worried they were going to be lost.

Representative on phone was great and he assured me I would get my skis even if they had to send some new ones. That was excellent news but I las very concerned when they had not been delivered.

I absolutely love my skis! Just got the bindings mounted/skis waxed and have yet to take them out, but I'm sure they will perform well. I got my order a week earlier than the quoted date for the free shipping which was a plus. Evo has a lifetime customer in me!

Easy to search, love the sort options. I also appreciate the women's size conversion when shopping in men's.

So far everything was easy to find and the details when looking at board stats were awsome... now it all comes down when it shows up... showed up when the estimated arrival was... ups didn't update the tracking data except when it left and when it arrived

The experience was good except for the online comparison data. Could not tell the difference between this glove and another glove with the same name but different part number.

Good - but wish you had a better variety of sizes.
