Great service and knowledge almost comparable to Backcountry... and that's saying a lot!

When the order wasn't delivered as expected by OnTrac the response I received from Evo was VG. Todd in CS called OnTrac to find out what happened and sent me an email afterwards. I finally received the package on Friday, thanks to your teams follow-up. Great customer service. Then I spoke with Kim(?) to let you know that I received it and she told me how to specify UPS for future orders since we've both had problem previously with OnTracs Hayward warehouse. That unsolicited solution to this issue raised your brand of customer service to new levels. Making you up there with the very best! Really enjoy and appreciate EVO and especially your people! Keep it up...

I found the board I was looking for and am very satisfied with it! It is great!
My dissatisfaction comes from the rest of my experience. I paid extra to have the longboard shipped so it would arrive by 10/3/2018. It didn't arrive until the 10/06/2018! The frustration doesn't stop there. When I tracked it with the tracking number it was reported as delivered on the 5th. I wrote to the shipping company and told them it hadn't been delivered. It was delivered the next day on the 6th. The tracking also showed that it wasn't even processed and shipped until 10/3 which is the day it was supposed to have arrived.
Please understand that I will not order from your company again. I found the board I wanted, it was at a good price, however, your processing time was greatly underestimated on the website.
