Great experience shopping with evo. Originally ordered and received a snowboard package that was incorrect sizing. John was super helpful in expediting a return of the entire package free. He also worked with me on the phone to find the right board, boots, and bindings and shipped it all out to me in a day so I didn't have to forfeit my lift tickets that I had already purchased. John, thanks for all that you did. Crazy happy with my board and excited to take it out in the mountain today!

The process was very easy; however, contrary to what was indicated on the website, I discovered that the items were available in my local Evo store. We could have saved the shipping costs, literal and climatic.
