Great experience overall, got an amazing price for some clearance skis and the quality was absolutely perfect upon arrival. Delivery came a couple days early even though I am all the way across the country.

Senior skier looking for a boot that was a little more comfortable. These really delivered - a bit wider (102 last) but with a snug heel pocket. Also, much easier to get on & off. Spent over 7 hours in them skiing just yesterday. A little discomfort by days end, but should only improve as they break in. Happy with price paid & will look at EVO for future purchases.

This is probably my daughter's 5th Patagonia down jacket. She wears them to death, then we pass on to her slightly smaller friend as they hold up so well. Perfect weight and the XXL is quite a bit larger than the XL so she will get plenty of use out of this new one. The light blue color is really pretty and quality is top notch. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend.

I was looking for a specific product that was out of stock everywhere. When I Google lens the product, I found it at Evo, who I've never heard of. I took a chance and ordered from an unfamiliar vendor. I'm not only got the best price but received my order earlier than expected. So no complaints here. 😬

I still haven't received my order. Contacted evo multiple times and keep being told it's FedEx and we have to wait. My package hasn't moved in almost two weeks and was expected several days ago.

Easy process to buy boots bought online for my son. Ordered and arrived on time. Like the return option in store if needed; fortunately they fit well so no need for in-store return or $15 fee to post back boots; I think $15 very reasonable.

Always have great experience at Evo. The store return on online purchases is easy with no fuss from staff. When the staff heard about fit issues during return this time, she offered to bring several helmets without us asking. After finding the perfect fit, she searched Evo website and asked what color we would want to match the outfit. That's above and beyond any (non-commissioned) retail staff went to help a customer. This experience tracks with my previous visits at Evo (maybe not so extraordinary) with friendly and helpful staff.

I bought some Black Crows powder skis and Marker bindings w some hesitation. It seemed like such a good deal I was kinda thinking was a scam... But a few days after I placed my order they were shipped and shortly after that they arrived! I am super stoked and although there are other places w cheaper options, that depends On exact hat you're looking at. This was the best deal around! $640 for $1400 in skis! Thank you.

Helmets degrade / expire over time. The consensus with all manufacturers is that even an unused helmet should be replaced after 5 years from the production date. If you are going to sell a 4 year old helmet, you should probably mention that in the description. Not cool!

I'm really happy with my order. I had originally purchased a different pair of snow pants and realized that they were the wrong size and even though the side said that sale was final as it was a clearance item they let me cancel it and the cancellation went through immediately so I really appreciate that. I ordered the correct pair and when they came I loved them so much I ordered another pair in a size up for when I really have to layer. Purchased a ski-jacket over 2 weeks ago. Item STILL in transit, customer service just apologizes and does nothing beyond. No refund, or compensate for lateness mentioned. Next time I'll just stick to REI.

Overall great product selection and filtering is spot on with all of the information and specifications right there. No fumbling or searching for information like other online stores. I would have to say that the coupons are a bit of a joke. Signed up for the text alerts to get the 15% discount only to find out that discount is only for select items. Also email coupon codes are only for soft goods. Guess I should have read that fine print. Overall the products received have been quality so no complaints there.

I could find everything I was looking for online and my skis were delivered to the store and quickly setup by very friendly and professional staff who also pointed out to me all extra savings I get as a member.

Overall, evo has a strong product selection and the ordering process was smooth. Shipping was timely and the item arrived in perfect condition. Where the experience fell short was around a simple size exchange. Online exchanges are handled strictly as returns and new orders, and initially I was told both the return fee and rewards limitations would apply. While the team ultimately waived the return fee as a courtesy, the process felt more rigid than necessary for a straightforward size swap of a brand new item. I appreciate that policies need to be consistent, but a little more built-in flexibility for size exchanges would significantly improve the customer experience. That said, once escalated, the support team did work toward a reasonable resolution.

After my Bonfire jacket of more than a decade die, this seems to be good replacement. Color wise it good to be seen in the Backcountry and orange reflects much of the sun off me so I don't over heat as fast The pit zips are great, they open up a lot Silly light weight, I may need to get a mid-layer for this jacket. Powder skirt is attached, and not removable I'm on the fence about the hand cuff part, makes it a touch annoying to check my watch for things

Although it wont be used until ski season starts again, the bag feels good quality, great size and im sure will fit 2 sets of skis. I will be putting 1 set of skis and poles and then a bunch of clothing around them for extra padding and save on extra baggage fees with the airline.

What a great helmet very light weight very breathable and almost don't even know I'm wearing it colors are awesome too! Safety first and this Troy Lee helmet is #1! And it has a 366 days return policy.

I bought a pair of skis you said were in stock and discounted heavily. I was then told that you actually didn't have said skis and offered me a coupon presumably which can only be used on full priced items and was only 20% off. Customer Care #*******. How about 20% off any item whether it is already discounted or not. That would be fair. It was your mistake.

First time out on mountain, 2 days of sub-zero temps. Soft and comfortable on the inside. My hands were warm all day. Liners were damp with sweat at end of day, air-dried within a couple of hours. Really pleased with this purchase!

This jacket's great. It's way warmer than my old arcteryx atom ar. I've been doing walks with it when it's near freezing out with just a t-shirt underneath. The fit's good too, where it feels like more of an athletic fit, not all puffy around the waist. Would buy again.

I have never ordered from evo before so I was a little nervous since this was a Christmas present. Everything went great! Price was the best and my order went missing for a minute so I dealt with a customer service rep Katie and she was awesome and totally put my mind at ease!. The package showed up fine but her diligence and follow up was absolutely terrific. I will definitely order from them again!

I have bought several items from Evo and they have never failed me. Communication is quick and timely, shipping is on time and product arrives in great condition. I'd say one thing you have to do is make sure you do the research and know what you are buying as they have a huge selection and some items are not this years model and another example is I bought my wife what were supposed to be beginner cross country Skis and turned out to be beginner skate skis which are definitely not something for a beginner Nordic skier who just wants to get some exercise! They were beginner, but not what I needed. Totally my fault but do your research and good deals to be found!

These boots are way smaller than they should be. I've had Lange 25.5 boots for years and years, these are too small for my feet. And unfortunately on final sale. Hopefully I can find a 10 year old who wants to go skinning to donate them to.

I was looking for a certain brand of skis and size. The skis I wanted were in stock and shipped with a reasonable amount of time. Already have 3 days on them since receiving them 2 weeks ago. A great experience and will always check EVO first on anything that I am looking to purchase.

The boots worked great. I rode them in deep powder on the slopes and they handled beautifully, barely letting any moisture in. They were very comfortable, and the fit is true to size. I'd highly recommend them for intermediate to advanced snowboarders who want a boot that can handle all‑mountain riding.

Evo does not have individual tracking numbers. You will not receive any shipping updates or notifications, and excuses from staff. I ordered skis and bindings in the first week of December. I got a single email confirming my order saying it would be ready for pick-up in 3-5 days. After 6 days, I called evo and was informed the package was "on the way" but they had no idea where it was. Literally 20 minutes later, I got an email saying my order was ready for pick-up. I called the store, gave them my order number, and asked specifically if they could mount the bindings to the skis. They said yes. I went in, and was told only my bindings were delivered. I asked where my skis were and again, was informed they did not know (these are $600 brand new skis). I was then told to take my bindings because it was a "pain" to check them back into the system. After another week, I called customer service where they AGAIN told me they did not know where my skis were, but they were on the way. This is when I was informed evo does NOT use tracking. After going back and forth for over an hour, I was told my skis were ready for pick up. They then informed me that they did not know what happened to my skis--maybe an employee sold them, maybe they were given away. If I had not practically harassed evo, I would still be waiting for skis that were never "on the way." Be better, track your EXPENSIVE product like everyone else!

I've been waiting for them to send a replacement for the worn pair of sunglasses they sent me initially. It's taking quite awhile. Up to this point everything had been pretty awesome with Evo. Not sure what the holdup is. They've simply confirmed that it hasn't been shipped yet put it in the mail, i'm starting to think they're gonna try to refurbish the used glasses they sent me initially

I really enjoyed my first backcountry session on this board. The package that Evo put together is great. Absolutely love R&D gear but the bindings are a little snug getting on and off but still amazing overall for the ride and transition. The board rode great in the powder and very happy overall.

In 2019 I started skiing again, and Evo became my source for ski gear and more. It's so nice to use the Evo store parking lot in Portland. Evo makes it easy to find what you need, online and in the store. So far Evo has hooked me up with a helmet, goggles, gloves, skis, boots, poles, ski socks, etc. All of my Evo purchases have outfitted me with great gear. Although I am a big fan of a certain warehouse store, Evo ski merchandise is WAY better.

I purchased a discontinued Mountain Hardwear jacket at a very good price. It arrived packed neatly/ secure and quickly. I haven't purchased from Evo much over the years - maybe once or twice in ten. I was excited to find what I was looking for via a google search. Now I will add Evo to my search list next time.
