Shopping was great. But wasn't very happy with the shipping. When I got the snowboard in the box, both ends were open and their were shoe prints all over the box like it had been stepped on multiple times. The snowboard was just covered in a very light soft case. I know you probably don't have much control over the shipping method but I felt like if there was more padding or something around the snowboard it wouldn't have been scratched or damaged as much as it was. It wasn't bad but for spending over 500 bucks for a new board I don't want any scratches on it :) Came in time for the husbands birthday though, thanks
