The only disappointing thing about the service was the fact that Solomon products don't ship to Canada! I had to use a reshipping service which added an extra step. But it all came out alright :)

It would have been a nice option to have included waxing my snowboard before pickup since I was picking it up at willcall. If I had the option at checkout I would have added that to my purchase when I bought the board.

Great deals, however, unfortunately when my ski boots arrived they did not prove to be a good enough fit for my feet so I returned them.

The goggles didnt have the lenses marked when I added them to the cart

I saved 20 dollars buying a blem board but the board was damaged on the bottom. This was not cosmetic damage this was structural damage. It's going to cost more then the 20 dollars I saved to get it repaired and waxed. Other the that I'm completely happy. I just won't buy another blem product from you guys.
