I was able to amend my order (I forgot to add ski binding brakes to my order, which I had intended to do). I then called the customer service desk - it was super easy to add the SKU to the order, and I got a new confirmation and the person on the phone was very clear/concise and helpful.

No confirmation email was ever received when order was placed and the order number I received at time of order did not work in tracking order.
Did receive merchandise same day as an email from EVO.com to confirm receipt.

Great deals but the gloves I ordered were a little small but still fit ok plus they were really cheap so it's not the biggest problem just maybe have more detailed size charts if you can get them. I will absolutely use your website again to order snowboarding gear.
