I'm already working on a return. The item shown on your web site was not the item that was shipped. The web site showed the snowboard I ordered as red and it was, in fact, green.

This is an excellent online shopping site! I do need to exchange the pair of ski pants I ordered, as they are too small for my son. However, the coats are wonderful!
