I d give a 5 star if I get the confirmation from your company within 15 minutes -- I was worried if I select the right size which is 27.5 -- no email within 30 minutes so far if another 30 minutes then I may have to give your company a call to make sure.

I wouldn't recommend this Evo for purchasing gear. The customer service is terrible. I purchased a helmet from this company that was supposed to arrive a couple days before a trip I planned. The package got pushed back three days and sat at the ups right by my house and eventually shipped and hour from the drop off point. Ups wouldn't let me get the package and the Evo customer service rep blew me off because the package was supposed to arrive on date they said it would. Long story short the date kept getting pushed back and if the customer service rep put a little effort in it could have been a good experience. Spend a little more money to a store that cares.
