I couldn't think of anything negative about Evo that I could point out. Customer service was excellent, Their honest opinions and knowledge was very helpful. Their staff are boarders them selves so they had beneficial knowledge and tips.
They answered appropriately and did not try to sell me something over priced but rather tell me what gears they've tried and the feedback of their opinion based on what they experienced with the same product I asked about or similar. Competitive pricings so you know you'll either be paying same as any other site that offers low prices or pay less then other sites. But never more than others, Which is good. You won't regret any purchases because you found better deals else where. It's a 1 stop shop, Their inventory is good and they had everything that is up to date on products that I was looking for, I change out my gear every 2 years and these guys had them in stock.
The shipping promotion is what convinces me even more, Sure other sites offer free backpacks or earphones or watches. But I would personally would never use those freebies nor would i try to re-sell them. So to me the free shipping promotions were a better deal. During my purchase they had free 2 day air shipping, which is what I like. Since I can try my boots and etc on and exchange quickly if necessary before my next trip onto the slopes.

Quick, Easy and Great PRICES! Seems like delivery time sped up! Totally caught me by surprise when I saw my package from evo.com arrive almost a week earlier then what was scheduled to arrive!
Always a great experience. Would like a larger selection of clearance/discounted items. The option to have a board "built" when ordering would be nice (aka, I pick out bindings and board and EVO would mount the bindings based on specifications). I know this might require adjustments after receiving the board, but would be a nice option.

EVO was great, got a split board for half of what it would have cost new.
It would be nice if they would extend their free shipping to Canada though so I wouldn't have to drive across the boarder to pick things up.
Great customer service. Tech support over the phone had lots of knowledge and helpful in making decisions but didn't try to sell only the most expensive items.

Tried phoning you@ 8pm PST and kept getting disconnect. Nowhere on webpage could I see your hours of operation so I had to order online but the process was easy. I just missed getting feedback from your staff since this was the very first time buying gifts for a novice-to-be snowboarder
