Order process was smooth and easy, I was able to use a first time customer discount which was great! Shipping time kept getting delayed by my local post office due to the crummy weather we had recently, but that is an outlier in the shipping experience I think.
Easy website to navigate. The best thing you can do is read the customer reviews of the products to get a better idea about the product. If you call them they will answer any question you have.

Amazing experience
Not as knowledgeable as they would like you to think. Be careful with Evo. I'm sure some of the sales team knows what they are talking about, but we went in for a touring setup and ended up with bindings that don't work at all for touring. No response from the store management when we complained. Our fault for trusting their sales rep instead of doing our research - we unfortunately trusted their reputation. We've since found a few local stores that are more interested in helping people get outdoors than turning a quick profit.

Great experience, would recommend and purchase again. I was curious though will my bindings be spec'd to my skiing ability and style? I was hoping there would be a section in the purchase where I would give height, weight, experience, style, etc, so you could tailor my binding settings to what I need in my ski. Thanks,
I have been shopping around for this seasons T.Rice Pro HP 2019. Found some deals but the horrible reviews on those sites prevented me from their 'savings.' My other usual go-to shops all had the same price but I ended up making my purchase through Evo: Excellent reviews and no tax was the clincher. My wife has made purchases here in the past but this is my first. I have received the 5star quality and service and will be back to snatch up more gear!
I thought I had purchased this item through you via. Paypal payment a couple weeks ago and was waiting to receive the shipment. It never came but I thought for sure I had purchased it. It could have been my bad, but the price would've been cheaper, so I was a little bummed. I couldn't apply my 10% off code this time around either. :(
