I am a repeat customer to Evo, and have always been happy with the price, ease of navigation of the website, and the products offered, as well as the shipping time. The only reason I have only 2 stars in this survey, was because of the shipping in this latest particular purchase of mine. I realize that with the holidays that these things do take time, and that this is most likely the busiest time of the year for ups an for all the people at Evo, but my purchase did seem to take longer than normal. Had I know that my delivery date would have been pushed back from when I originally made my purchase, I would have paid for expidited shipping, being that this was a time sensitive purchase. Other than that, I am a huge fan of this website, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

The default statement pretty much sums everything up, I couldn't believe how personable the staff was, felt like I was talking to a friend and not someone trying to sell merchandise or give me the run around. Honestly probably the most pleasurable experience I've ever have using e-commerce shopping. Ill most definitely be shopping with you all again, keep up the outstanding work.
I am pleased with the time in which I received these goggles. My only issue with them is that there are vents from the top and the front. When riding, the wind was going through both of the vents letting more air in than what I wanted. On the other hand, I am very pleased with the color lenses, not too many brands carry the color that I was looking for.

I've browsed EVO many times but this is my first purchase. Simple, easy, and clear. My package came in a timely manner and the product was as described. Would order from EVO again.
Our order arrived 4 days earlier than expected. My son likes the snowboard and boots. Only disappointment was with the board - it has a small chip on the top coating that may lead to more coating coming off. It won't affect how the snowboard works, and to return it, he would miss a few weeks of snowboarding. Otherwise, we are very happy with the order.
