I especially appreciated the opportunity to donate to Carbonfund.org as part of checkout. Nice touch -- good sustainable business practice to be up front about the carbon impact of shipping goods and offering a chance (albeit a small one) to contribute a little extra to projects that offset the impact of shopping/consumerism/etc.

I'm glad that you ship to Canada, but shipping fees are expensive. Your main advantage is that no Canadian stores offer the jacket I wanted.
