I ordered a gift card and was shocked when it arrived with only half the amount I had paid for loaded onto the card. The message was not there either. So glad I had it sent to me instead of the person I was giving the gift card to - I might never have know it was incorrect. The positive was that I contacted customer service and within 24 hours the had made it right!
