The only problem was shipping time. We have ordered from evo in the past and received items next day almost. If I would've seen an option egift cards or printable ones I would've purchased that instead. It took 6 days to receive the gift cards. I am aware that it was a week with holidays as well. I would recommend send USPS for giftcards rather than UPS for quicker delivery time.

Shopping experience and shipping time were excellent, but we did not receive the exact item that we ordered.

We ordered a Neff watch with black band and Spectrum face, but we received a Neff watch with black and white face. Not a big enough deal to send back and replace for a $** watch, but disappointing that we didn't get what we ordered.
