Ordered my new board on dec. 23rd and decided to have it shipped to my local evo shop. Got an email the morning of the 24th that it was ready for pick up! Awesome! Went back to Evo.com today to order my bindings and hopefully get those as fast as I got the board!
Called customer service for fit suggestions and the person I spoke with (sorry can't remember his name) was extremely helpful!

Had to return some bindings because they didn't fit the 2nd pair of skis I had to order. 1st pair from your site was sold out (taken out of my cart!), 2nd pair from another site was sold out the day after my purchase. 3rd pair ordered from you and you rushed shipment in time of Christmas, thank you!

Shipping was fast and cheap because I live in Washington, so it only took a few days.
Boots had a broken eyelet for one of the laces. Customer service was great... got swapped out for new boots and return was simple process.

They shipped the wrong helmet, and did not have the helmet in stock that I wanted. Wrong size, color, kind, etc. Customer Service gave me a ship back label to return.
