Bought a snowboard for my boyfriend from this website this winter. I got a stellar board for a great price, and it got delivered on time, and there were no major issues. If I had to give one comment, the padding was a little lackluster. There was a bit of paper scrunched on one end, otherwise it was just the board in a long thin box. Snowboards are super sturdy but I thought that seemed a little bit weak. But I've used EVO before and will definitely be using it again in the future
Shopping was very easy and the deal was good. The price was right and the item was received in perfect condition.

I would really like a filter for bindings where a category is "flex" you only have this for boards. It was kind of hard to filter out which bindings were stiff and which were soft and flexy. I was trying to build a great park board and it was hard to find the right binding because of the flex. Please make a "flex" category filter for bindings

I appreciated the quick replies from customer care when I had questions about a product. Just a thought: I would feel more comfortable filling out this survey if there were a key to indicate what five stars means. Does it mean "satisfactory" or "excellent." In general, I don't feel one experience qualifies me to rate anything as excellent since consistency of quality is an important criterion. I gave fives on the survey I completed after I placed my order, assuming that meant satisfactory (later, on survey I completed when confirming delivery, I gave threes to mean satisfactory since that's what others seemed to do when rating products).
Returned the coat I purchased as the slim cut was REALLY slim. Otherwise, extremely happy with the Evo experience and have the website bookmarked for future use. Since we periodically get to Seattle, we'll visit the store.
