This was my first purchase from evo and all in all it was a very positive experience. As such, I can definitely recommend purchasing from evo.
The prices where great, I love the ski boots that I bought. However I was supposed to get my order in two days, it actually took three, this was important because my goal was to have them before a ski weekend, and ended up not getting them till the following Monday - bummer. Second issues, when I placed my order I created an account to make it easier to track, or to place subsequent order. But the first time I logged in it didn't recognize the account. I called, and rep was not overly helpful - he wasn't rude - he just couldn't offer any more help than "huh, that's too bad, why don't you try to create the account again..."
Bag has one zipper that doesn't work on the side...Other than that.nice bag
