I searched at least ten sites offering the ski i was looking for at a discount. Evo had the cheapest price so I went with them without any knowledge of the customer service etc. Tracking number allowed me to follow the order and the Items shipped the day they were guaranteed and the skis are in perfect condition. I could not be happier with the purchase

Even in the outlet, the price are little bit high,are because winter season I thing, but you have to have better price.

Good price on the helmet but the free shipping was SLOW compared to other online sites. I ordered a different helmet from another site 2 days after EVO order and got it 5 days prior (using their free shipping).
Free shipping is sweet but not when it takes 10 days. The free EVO sticker tossed in the box is nice too.

Great, fast, and friendly service. I would buy from evo.com again and also recommend friends to the site.

I Love Evo

K2's website and customer service was way below par causing over five hundred dollars to be tied up while I wait for a refund on gear they told me was in stock. This happened twice.

Please make your site a little more coherent when international shipping is concerned. I would choose "shop by brands that ship worldwide", and then would get offered products that do not ship worldwide.
