Shipping was on-time and accurate with both recent purchases. The jacket I ordered ended up fitting to wide, a draw back of ordering online. The return/refund process was a breeze. There was a $* fee for the return sticker. I ordered a different jacket and am very pleased with the items and ease of ordering from EVO. Thanks EVO!
