There should be a step that allows you to sign in to your evo account during checkout. I only saw an opportunity to create a new account.

This was better than I expected! Fast shipping and prices. I've never shopping for snow clothing before so I was relieved that this worked out and was a legitamet site. I double checked Surfdome.com's legitamecy and they didn't have good reviews on service and had troubles with products actually being delivered.

Of two orders (wool shirts), both arrived sooner than expected.

The online experience was great. Limited selection but that is okay due to demand. The in-store experience was okay as it was very busy and you could tell the staff was strained. I have been in at other times and had a much more enjoyable time.

I had expected my skis to arrive with the bindings installed, as had happened with the last pair of Volkl skis that I purchased (from a different outlet). The additional $51 expense and hassle of having a ski shop intstall the bindings was a disappointing surprise. Everything else was satisfactory or excellent. I especially appreciate the speedy delivery time.

Son ripped his fav jacket snowboarding and wanted the exact one! You had it on sale and was able to pay extra and got it 3 days later!

A little expensive, but my head is worth the money! The helmet size was perfect and the goggles are great for night skiing.

I was just unhappy about the shipping cost to Hawaii. I know this is out of your control, but this is the reason why I wouldn't recommend this site to any of my friends. When we take the shipping cost into account, it's cheaper to pick up products from other web sites.
