I selected 2-day shipping

I selected 2-day shipping. I did not get the product in 2 business days. Then there was a holiday weekend and it ended up taking a week for me to get my order. I did not have my present for Valentine's Day, and my fiance had to go snowboarding twice with her old broken bindings instead of the news ones I ordered. The price wasn't ridiculous but it certainly didn't seem like any bargain.

This site was recommended by a friend. I loved the website, and the experience. I ordered a ski jacket. All the information I needed on the ratings of the jacket (ability to handle wetness etc) was on the site. The ordering process was easy and when I called to check on the order, the person was courteous. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you Evo!
