Everything is priced much higher than your competitors. I made this purchase because this was the last wide board of this type I could find in the country. But when you see other sites selling it for 487.00 it feels like a rip off at 637.00.

I initially thought the wetsuit I ordered did not have all the features advertised on your web site advertisement, but now I think I was mistaken. I sent an email expressing my concern but as I wrote, I believe it was my mistake.
I did want to inquire about the discount offered to Surfline Premium members (I am one) but do not know who the email inquiry should be directed to.

Found exactly what I wanted and in a package to boot! Appreciated the chat function when I had a question about the product I was ordering.
So, it ended up that the chat I had before ordering had some erroneous info (one component of the package didn't fit the other gear), but when I got the shipment notice and it confirmed a mistake, I texted customer service, and they made it right immediately by processing a free return. Everyone that I spoke to in three conversations (chat before ordering, text at shipping, phone upon receipt) were super friendly and really invested in making sure I got the gear I needed.
The other part of my order was perfect!
