I expected the items to be delivered at least within 5 days. It took 8 days to deliver the items. By the time the items were received, ski conditions had turned and items became irrelevant. Timing is some times everything.
Overall excellent shopping experience. The guidelines for proper selection and fitment of the ski boots that I purchased were very helpful. This helped to alleviate the anxiety of purchasing ski boots "online". Plus the generous return policy further reassured me that I could get the right fitting boot if the boots I ordered didn't fit after receiving the shipment.
